Is Your Tip a Fit?

Each sales or business tip (“Telegram”) should be one simple idea that will help readers improve themselves and the way they do business. After reading your tip, the reader should be able to say “This tip is easy. I can do it. It works.”

Tip Requirements

  1. There is no cost to you for any and all business tips you submit.
  2. To submit your tips, you can either (a) send your tips to us in a Word document attachment to or (b) enter your tip directly into the blog once we give you your login information. All tips will need our approval before they’re posted and go live. You will be notified when your tip has been accepted and of its post date.
  3. Maximum 150 words.
  4. The ideal tip would read “Do this” and “Get that result”. For example: “Make one cold call every thirty minutes of every business day (244 working days/year) and you’ll make over 3800 new calls this year.”
  5. All tips will be subject to our approval and must be well written. You will retain all copyright rights. Sales Posse does not write, edit, or change the content of any submitted tips. But we may, occasionally, change the title of some of the tips to make them more marketable or descriptive of their content. Sales Posse also has the right to use various tips for advertising and marketing purposes, to promote you and the Sales Posse website.
  6. If the tip fails to meet our requirements, you will be notified and given the opportunity to correct and re-submit your article. We want to help you put your best foot forward. Common submission errors include poorly written tips, grammar, spelling, editing, tips not applicable to sales and business, and tips over the 150 word limit.
  7. You can submit as many tips as you like, as often as you like. The more tips you have posted, the more exposure you get.
  8. At the end of each tip, you can have a tagline that includes your copyright and name, a 400-character profile, and your email, website, Twitter, and blog addresses. Each tip can have a different tagline if you'd like.
  9. If you want your picture included with your tagline, email it as a jpeg file.
  10. Visitors to our site can find your tip in a variety of ways including searching for your name, title of the article, or by subject.
